Teaching at the Department of Foundry and Welding includes educating students at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aviation in the field of basic technologies and manufacturing techniques and at the Faculty of Chemistry in the field of material engineering.
As part of the didactic process, developed according to the study plans of the Rzeszów University of Technology, for individual fields and specializations of full-time and extramural studies, the Department of Foundry and Welding conducts classes in the following subjects:

- crystallization of metals and alloys,

- non-destructive inspection and testing,

- Station for physical simulation of thermal loads of materials.
